Step 1: Register with Swimming Canada

If you haven’t already done so this year, you need to Register as PICK Official with Swimming Canada.  Click here to Register.  If you have already registered this season, go to Step 2.

The National registration procedure requires all officials who wish to officiate at a sanctioned competition be registered annually on the Swimming Canada registration site within two weeks of commencing activity as an Official.  This only needs to be done once a year.

Step 2: Sign up to volunteer as an Official

Our next Hosted Meet is the PICK Lisa Flood Christmas Classic, Friday December 7 – Sunday December 9, 2018 at the Pickering Recreation Complex.  Please sign up here to volunteer to officiate at the meet.

Note: Officials Dress Code

Swim Ontario Dress Code Swim Ontario has transitioned to the new modernized attire initiatives from Swimming Canada for officials.

  • Chief Timer: White polo (top) over black bottoms with black footwear
  • Timers: White top over black bottoms
  • All other officials: Red Polos (top) over black bottoms with black footwear (Includes Head Lane Timer performing turn judge duties)
