Hollie’s love for swimming started with summer swimming lessons and quickly developed when joining the Pickering Swim Club in 2005. During her years swimming for PSC, she was taught and encouraged by talented coaches and continued to improve her times each year.  She made incredible friendships, learned valuable life lessons and developed her swimming skills and techniques.

In her last year with the Pickering Swim Club,  Hollie swam at the 2012 Olympic Trials in Montreal! She also coached FUNdamentals and DEV 2 during this time.

Upon graduating High School, Hollie received a scholarship to swim at University of Illinois. During her time as an D-I NCAA athlete, she continued to improve her skills, overcame injuries and eventually became the Captain during her Senior year in 2016.

Hollie graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelors of Arts & Science in Psychology and is currently continuing her studies by getting her Master’s degree at Wilfred Laurier University.

For the 2018-2019 season, Hollie will be coaching Bronze and is extremely happy to be reunited with the Pickering Swim Club family!
