Swimwear & Gear Guide

Everything your swimmer needs for practices and competitions. This guide covers swimwear, training equipment, meet day preparation, and where to shop.

Girls Suits

Girls should wear one-piece suits. For competition, navy suits are preferred. Modesty suits which cover the legs and arms are also acceptable.

Boys Suits

Boys should wear "jammers," which are fitted suits that cover from the waist to the knees. For competition, navy suits are preferred.

Tech Suits 

Tech suits are compressive suits that reduce drag and enhance performance. These should only be worn by senior/ advanced swimmers during competitions. Talk to your coach before purchasing.

Equipment for all Swimmers

Fins - for 12 & Under, choose long, color-coded fins. Older swimmers, ask your coach about short fins.

Additional Equipment

As your swimmer advances, they may be required to purchase additional items. Please speak with your coach about the following items.

Snorkels - for Dev B and up. Select junior size for younger swimmers and regular size for older swimmers.
