Facility & Deck Information

Facility Information:

  • Opens at 7:00 AM on weekends.
  • Parking is free of charge, with additional parking available at the rear of the building. There is no internal access from the rear entrance.
  • Swimmers requiring a private change area must use the stalls in the Universal Change Room.

Snack Deck: Located upstairs near the viewing window, offering food, beverages, and retail items for purchase.

Photography: Permitted, except in changerooms and behind starting blocks. Flash photography is prohibited as it interferes with race starts.


Deck Access:

  • Only registered coaches, officials, and swimmers are permitted in the competition area. Swimmers may enter the pool deck from the changerooms. All others should go down the hall to the back pool doors.
  • Spectators may view the competition from the on-deck bleachers or the upstairs viewing window.

Additional Information

All officials should wear black bottoms and indoor black shoes. Timekeepers and Chief Timers should wear white shirts; all other officials should wear red polos.

Please bring a refillable water bottle.

For set-up and take-down, wear clean, closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for a warm pool deck.

Unable to Make Your Shift?

Missing a shift without notice and without extenuating circumstances may result in your family not receiving volunteer credit for that session and may result in penalties.

If you are sick or unable to attend your shift, please contact the Officials Coordinator as soon as possible so that accommodations can be arranged.
