If you’re new to officiating, we recommend completing clinics in this order. You can take them at your own pace.
1. Introduction to Officiating & Safety Marshal
Your starting point. Learn the basics and qualify for entry-level roles.
2. Inspector of Turns
Learn how to observe swimmers for infractions after starts, turns, and finishes.
3. Judge of Stroke
Learn how to observe stroke technique and rule compliance.
4. Senior Clinics (Admin Desk, Chief Timer, etc.)
Explore senior roles once you’ve gained experience on deck.
