Officials Request Form
Request an on-deck officiating position for one or more sessions.
Each person volunteering as an official must complete their own form.
New to officiating? You may request a Timekeeper position even if you have not completed your training yet.
Off-Deck Request Form
Help with Snack Deck & Hospitality, set-up, take-down, meet shopping and other meet support.
Each person volunteering off deck must complete their own form.

Before Your Shift
- Timekeepers and Chief Timers should wear white shirts, black bottoms and indoor black shoes.
- Other officials should wear red polos, black bottoms and indoor black shoes.
- There is no uniform for Off-Deck Volunteers; however, those involved in Set-Up and Take Down should wear clean closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing suitable to a warm pool deck environment.
- Please bring a refillable water bottle. There will be water refill stations on deck and in the facility.
- Volunteers are expected to attend their assigned shifts. If you are ill or unexpectedly unable to attend your shift, you must contact the Officials Coordinator at officials@pickswimclub.com

Facility & Parking
Arrival & Parking
- The facility opens at 7:00 AM on weekends.
- Parking is free. Additional parking is available at the rear of the building, but there is no internal access from the rear entrance.
Inside the Facility
- Swimmers requiring a private change area must use the stalls in the Universal Change Room.
- The Snack Deck is upstairs near the viewing window and offers food, beverages and retail items for purchase.
- Photography is permitted. Flash photography is prohibited because it interferes with race starts. Photography/cell usage is not permitted in change room areas or behind the starting blocks.
Deck Access
- Only registered coaches, officials and swimmers are permitted in the competition area.
- Swimmers may enter the pool deck from the changerooms. Everyone else should use the back pool doors at the end of the hall.
- Spectators may watch from the on-deck bleachers or the upstairs viewing window.
